Janperson could be considered a Robocop rip-off, but other than both being mechanical cops, Janperson is a show of its own. It isn't exactly like the Metal Hero Trilogy, but isn't dark like Robocop. I've only seen the TV movie, but enjoyed what I saw. Janperson isn't a fast fighter like Gavan or Shaider, but is armed to the teeth and has his car to back him up. The pyrotechnics were simply amazing like all Toku shows, and I felt Janperson had more of a heart than Robocop.

I'm not too sure if I would pick this series up on DVD, but I do plan on finding more episodes on You Tube.
1986 was my last year in Japan, so I never got to see Flashman on TV. I have watched it on bootleg, but am looking forward to seeing it on the real thing. I honestly don't know much about Flashman, but it's another 80's Super Sentai show I plan on buying. I'm also looking forward to seeing Sayoko Hagiwara (Dyna Pink) as Ley Nefel.
The new action packed Ultraman movie comes out this April on Blu-ray with English subtitles. I've watched the trailers a million times, and can't wait for this to come out. It's about time the battles were in space and on their home planet so there is no 3 minute time limit.
I'm just here to blog about my favorite Tokusatsu shows, Anime, and any import games I've played.
